The Heated Mouse Pad PCBA is a compact control board designed to add thermostatic heating functionality to standard mouse pads. It converts 5V USB power into controlled heat using a flexible carbon fiber or nichrome heating element, keeping the user’s hand warm during extended computer use – especially beneficial in winter, cold offices, or for users with poor circulation.
This PCBA integrates a microcontroller, power MOSFET for heating control, temperature sensors (NTC thermistor), LED indicators, and a user button into a small PCB that fits inside the mouse pad’s controller housing or edge seam.
